Fattoria Querceto
Querceto is an ancient farm-house placed on a panoramic ridge of the
hills near Tavernelle Val di Pesa. From Querceto it is possible to
dominate the wonderful vineyards of Val di Pesa which are interrupted by
the silvery reflex of the Tuscan olive-trees.
The characteristic threshing-floor, the beautiful swimming-pool and a
tennis court are at complete disposal of the customers. The six flats,
restored with care, make the stay exclusive.
Querceto is located 25 km from Florence and 40 km from Siena, an
excellent position for daily visit to the most beautiful cities of art of
Tuscany. In the near village of Romita (2 km), a characteristic
minimarket is open also on Sunday.
In the neighbourhoods there are excellent morning, to visit the weekly
market of Tavernelle Val di Pesa
Fattoria Pratale
The farm Pratale is located in the heart of the "Chianti Classico" wine
region, where you have a very good view over the Valley of Pesa. In the
middle of delightful vineyards the famous "Gallo Nero" is produced by
Coli Brothers.
Pratale is an excellent opportunity to explore the famous cities of art
of Tuscany and, to live peacefully in the countryside. Pratale boasts,
among other famous names, the Queen of Netherlands its neighbour.
On the farm there are 16 flats with bedspace for 4 and 6, made up of 1 or
2 double bedrooms, dinning/living-room with double sofa bed, cooking area
and bathroom with shower.
You can also relax in the private swimming-pool. The owners, Coli
Brothers, are available every time to show their guests the vineyards and
the wine cellar. At the arrival the guest find a good choice of Coli
