world-wide famous for its "hundred towers" and unique skyline. Surrounded
by selected vineyards producing Chianti and Vernaccia and however very
close to Florence and Siena, glamorous cities of art, this country farm
is the perfect place for a joyful holiday matching relax, peace, culture,
history and sightseeing.
The main house, completely renovated, consists of 4 confortable
apartments, fully equipped and family size. Two further houses, wide,
spacious and therefore more suitable to larger groups and families, are
also located next to the beautiful terraced swimming pool overviewing
vineyards and olive trees. And particularly wine and oil, the main
products of this country farm, will offer our guests unique experiences
of taste and flavour.

Located on the ground floor of the villa, Edera apartment has a kitchen/living
room, a double bedroom and a bathroom.
It enjoys a splendid view of San Gimignano and its "pergola" ensures
guests unforgettable moments of peace, serenity and relaxtion.
CAMELIA - 1 Kitchen/dining Room + living room + 1 bedroom - Sleeps:

On the first floor of the villa, Camelia apartment is the most elegant of
all the apartments. It has a living room with a large fresco and a
working fireplace, a large kitchen/dining room, double bedroom and
bathroom.
An outdoor terrace facing San Gimignano makes this beautiful apartment
truly unique.
VIOLA - Kitchen + dining room/living room + 1 bedroom - Sleeps:

Viola apartment is on the first floor of the villa. It has a kitchen, a
large living room, a double bedroom and a bathroom.
Intimate and silent, it enjoys a view of the countryside from a small
balcony.

On the ground floor of the villa, Girasole apartment has a kitchen/living
room, a double bedroom and bathroom. This cosy apartment is perfect for
couples who can find all they need for a relaxing and comfortable stay.

Mimosa apartment is on the ground floor of the villa. It has a kitchen/living
room, a double bedroom and bathroom. It also has a very nice private
pergola for the utmost peace and quiet.
IRIS - Kitchen/dining Room + Living Room + 2 Bedrooms - Sleeps:

Located in the elegantely renovated barn, Iris apartment is particularly
spacious and sunlit. It has a large kitchen which can also be used as a
cosy dining room, a living room, a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, a
bathroom. Comfort is assured by the air conditioning wich makes life more
bearable during the warmer months of the year.
GLICINE - Kitchen/living Room + 2 double Bedrooms + 1 twin Bedroom

Located in the annex, Glicine is the largest apartment at Raccianello and
probably the most private as it is detached from the main villa. It has
two double bedrooms, children's room ,bathroom, kitchen/living room. It
is made even more comfortable by the air conditioning and the private
pergola.
