Booking will only be considered valid only if guaranteed by a down payment of 30% (by bank transfer) of the whole cost. The remaining value is to be paid upon the arrival (by cash). In case of cancellation up to 4 weeks before rental starting due to "force majeure" causes the down payment will be considered as forfeited. Before that period, we will give you back the down payment.
