The estate, located in the
Chianti geographical area, at the foot the northern slope of the Sienese
Montagnola, has an extension of approximately 450 hectares with a
prevalent vine-growing and wine-producing vocation.
Hospitality is offered in the now refurbished dwellings, most of wich are
eithin the village behind the villa, its stables and secular park. The
cultivation of the estate yields DOCG and IGT red wines, vinsanto and
extra virgin olive oil are.

Rif. 101 - I COCCHIERI mq. 102 - The Coachmen’ Recently restored
flat on top of the old stables, confortably equipped and elegantly
furnished.

Mezzanine: living/bed-room with double sofa bed with beautiful
brick vault, bathroom with shower. View over the wonderful Italian garden
annexed to the Villa occupied by the owners.

direct access from the outside. First floor: living-room/kitchen
with fireplace. One king size bedroom, one twin beds room and one single
room, bathroom with shower. Green area at the bottom of the stairway.
Rif. 106 - LA FATTORIA - The large, comfortable and well-furnished
apartment called "Fattoria" is located in the hearth of the old village
and enjoys a private garden. It occupies the first floor and comprises
kitchen with fireplace and a wonderful view over the surrounding
countryside, two bedrooms with double bed, one of which with an
additional single bed,. one bed with two single beds, two bathrooms (one
with shower, the other with tub) and a living room with fireplace. The
apartment has indipendent heating, washing machine, iron and ironing
board.
