Booking Policy
 

Arrival	Saturday between 16:00 and 19:30
Departure	Saturday until 10:00 a.m.
The price includes	The use of the apartment with all appliances: water, electricity, linen and towels (1 change/week), gas for cooking, use of the swimming pool, use of the washing machine, final cleaning.
Deposit	155,00 € at the arrival that will be given back at the moment of the departure.
Notes	Animals are not allowed. The price does not include: Heating (10 €/day)
Payment	Booking will only be considered valid only if guaranteed by a down payment of 30% (by bank transfer) of the whole cost. The remaining value is to be paid upon the arrival (by cash). In case of cancellation up to 4 weeks before rental starting due to "force majeure" causes the down payment will be considered as forfeited. Before that period, we will give you back the down payment.
